Glenfield

Welcome to Glenfield U3A

Have you finished working full time? Do you want to:

Have Fun, Make Friends, Stay Fit and Exercise The Mind.

u3a's are self-help, learning co-operatives for older people no longer in full time work. They enable members to share learning experiences in a wide range of interest groups.

For enjoyment, not qualifications

We are a community of people from all walks of life, not a formal academic organisation.
Ours is an organisation run by its members for its members.

We are open to all who have retired from full-time employment:
regardless of disability, ethnic origin, gender, sexual orientation, religion or belief.

Our members contribute their skills, experience and enthusiasm in a multitude of ways.
In so doing we grow and thrive.

Please feel free to explore our web site

Membership benefits include:

  • Access to any Group Activities of interest
  • Information on our frequent social events
  • Regular updates, including a quarterly newsletter.

We have many activities and events to choose from, with more being added all the time.

Also members have access to help and advice from the Third Age Trust Resource Centre through the Members Area Home Page of the Third Age Trust website.
Alternatively click on u3a logo at top right of any of our Pages.
(A log in is required for the Members Area).
