NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual General Meeting of Arun West u3a will take place on Thursday 9th May 2024 at 10.30am at St Mary’s Centre, Grassmere Close, Felpham PO22 7NU.
The AGM pack is available AGM Pack 2024 or by clicking on the link on the right. The Annual Accounts will be available at a later date following verification.

HOW TO JOIN US OR RENEW

There are two types of membership :-

Individual - £10 per person – Arun West will be your Primary u3a.
Associate – £6.50 per person - you will need to be a full member of another u3a.

Renewal payment is due by 1st March each year (for new members joining after 1 January the subscription will extend to the 1st of March the following year).

TO JOIN AS A NEW MEMBER

Please click Membership Form 2024-25 to view a copy of the membership form which you can print. Use this form to join Arun West U3A - please print double-sided if you can, to save space in the Membership Secretary's cupboard!
This form includes details of the correct price for membership and where to send the completed form.

Please issue a cheque made out to Arun West U3A, for the correct sum of £10 for Individual or £6.50 for Associate membership. Send it with your name, postcode and membership number on the reverse to the Membership Secretary, details as per page 2 of the membership form via the link in the right hand column.

Can members of Arun West attend meetings of other U3As?
Besides the groups, events and meetings of Arun West U3A, members also have access to the groups and other events of our network partner, Littlehampton U3A click on Links. You can also join other u3a's in the area but you will pay the main fee to your primary u3a.
